Service Rates

1. Onsite Business Service  -  Service performed at your business including installations, network setup and administration, upgrades and repairs  $95/hour.

2. Commercial Offsite Administration - Our newest offering, we can manage part or all of you company's technology services.  The financial savings are significant and our downtown location allows us a faster response time when it counts.  Pricing varies on size and need.

3. Onsite Non-Profit Service -  Service performed at your non-profit including installations, network setup and administration, upgrades and repairs  $75/hour.

4. Bench Service - All work done at our office on the "Tech Bench", including repairs, upgrades and fixes.  $60/hour.

5. Network Audit - An extremely valuable tool for any organization, provides a report with all hardware and software specs, versions and issues, plus a roadmap for future needs. Hourly rate applies, discount for new accounts.

6. Pickup/Delivery Fee - for Tech Bench, $30.

7. Remote Support start at $15, includes the first 15 minutes and billed at $1 per minute after that.  If you have a service contract, this service may already be included.
