Ticket System
Get in touch directly with a technician using CGB Tech's ticket system.
Simply log into your account and create a support ticket. Your case will be
assigned to a technician. You can actively view the status of your work
order and track the progress as a technician troubleshoots your system.

Remote Support
CGB Tech offers remote support when an onsite visit is not necessary or for
troubleshooting smaller scale issues. As long as you are connected to the
internet, anywhere in the world, you can receive support from one of our
technicians.
Rates for Remote Support start at $15, includes the first 15 minutes and billed
at $1 per minute after that. If you have a service contract, this service
may already be included.
